Its my first time using the acenti line. Installed 22 dimmers and switches. Im stuck on one. There is 1 set of wires coming into the box. 1 ground, 1white, 1 black. No matter what i do i cant get it to work. Can anyone help. email me direct i you can. thank you so much

So we can give you specific instructions and assistance please let us know what the actual device number is and what type load you are connecting to switch.
